| Fashion then looks for two suitable candidates from its network and presents them to the client within two or three working days, along with a proposal regarding the candidate’s availability. | |

| Next, the client interviews the candidate. Field Fashion and the client together determine whether the candidate is suitable for the position, Field Fashion recording any agreements between client, candidate and Field Fashion. | |

| At the start of the assignment, the chosen candidate studies the assignment and draws up a plan of approach, which is then approved by the client and Field Fashion. | |

| A consultant from Field Fashion will meet with the client on a regular basis to discuss the progression of the interim assignment. The same consultant will provide coaching to the chosen candidate throughout the assignment. | |

|
| The chosen candidate finishes the assignment and reports on the results. Field Fashion, the candidate and the client then evaluate the completed assignment, including the results and any supervision provided by Field Fashion. Field Fashion Interim cooperates closely with a network of experienced independent interim managers, professionals and specialists. Our interim managers are all university educated and have at least 10 years of experience, including several years at a senior management or director level.
